Dozens of Pittsburgh Post-Gazette workers are walking off the job this morning.
According to our news partners at WPXI-TV, the workers going on strike are from multiple unions and are responsible for designing, printing, distributing, advertising sales and accounts receivables
A representative from the union said the workers have been without a collective bargaining agreement since March 2017.
They add that “Despite extensive negotiations, Post-Gazette management has refused to engage in good faith bargaining, and the workers have not had a pay raise in 16 years.”
The print edition of the paper will not be published today, although the online version will be up.
