Thursday Night Football–Indianapolis defeated Denver 12-9 in overtime. The Colts kicked what would be a game-winning 47-yard field goal, and won after Denver decided against a chip-shot field goal to continue the game, in favor of going for a touchdown on fourth down at the five yard line. Broncos quarterback Russell Wilson threw an incomplete pass. The Colts improved to 2-2-1 overall. Denver is now 2-3. The game was the first in NFL history matched up quarterbacks with at least four Pro Bowl appearances each, but did not feature a touchdown scored.
The Pittsburgh Steelers will visit the Buffalo Bills for a 1pm kick-off Sunday. The Steelers are 14-point underdogs, and will start rookie Kenny Pickett at quarterback. Hear the game on WISR following the Noon News.
