Today marks the first morning rush hour since the switch back to standard time, and AAA is offering some tips to make sure you’re safe on the road.

They urge drivers to make sure they’re well-rested, ditching distractions, and to make sure you have a pair of sunglasses handy to avoid morning glare.
AAA also reminds pedestrians to be safe by using crosswalks and staying on sidewalks.
