A local man is facing felony charges following a search of a residence in the City of Butler earlier this week by police.
According to a criminal complaint filed by the Butler County District Attorney’s Drug Task Force, officers executed a search warrant in the 200 block of Walker Avenue shortly before 10 p.m. on Tuesday.
42-year-old David Bemben was apprehended attempting to crawl out of a bedroom window.
Police collected over 12 grams of crack cocaine along with three stamp bags of suspected heroin or fentanyl. Police also found over $1,200 in cash along with other drug paraphernalia.
Bemben has been charged with felony Possession with Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance. He was also wanted on an active warrant and was booked into the Butler County Prison on $500,000 bond.
