Police will be conducting roving DUI checkpoints this holiday weekend.
State police say they will be set up at areas they determine to be problematic with DUI offenses in the county.
At a checkpoint, officers will make brief stops of vehicles to see if the driver is intoxicated.
Police remind those who do plan to drink alcohol, that they should use a ride-sharing program, have a designated driver, or stay at a friend’s house.
