A threat in the Moniteau School District was considered non-credible according to new information by state police.
They released more details surrounding a Monday night threat against Dassa McKinney Elementary School. According to police, a parent in the district heard a known student said that he was going to grab his father’s guns and shoot everyone on the school bus.
Police found that the student did not have any access to guns and deemed the threat non-credible.
The Moniteau School District operated on a normal schedule yesterday, with additional police presence during the morning drop off.
