A pair of state lawmakers is proposing changes to Pennsylvania’s medical marijuana rules.
Democratic Senator Jim Brewster and Republican Senator Mike Regan want to eliminate the list of qualifying conditions in order to obtain medical marijuana. They say the decision should be left to the patient’s doctor.
They also propose that the State Senate would confirm the director of the Office of Medical Marijuana.
