Free agent infielder Josh Harrison and the Philadelphia Phillies finalized a $2 million, one-year contract late Monday. Harrison, 35, batted .272 with seven homers and 27 RBIs in 119 games for the Chicago White Sox last season. Harrison made his major league debut with the Pittsburgh Pirates in 2011, and remained with the Bucs until 2018.
