The Pittsburgh Steelers have signed veteran defensive back Patrick Petersen to a reported two-year deal. The move comes after the Steelers lost free agent cornerback Cam Sutton, who signed a three-year deal with the Detroit Lions worth $33 million. The 32-year old Petersen is a two-time first-team All-Pro and eight-time Pro Bowler, who played his first 10 seasons in the NFL with the Arizona Cardinals. He played the past two seasons with the Minnesota Vikings. He started 17 games last season and had five interceptions.
