A man from Butler County is facing felony charges after he allegedly committed home improvement fraud.
29-year-old Austin Reges of Penn Township allegedly took over $30,000 from a family in West Deer Township to build a deck at their home.
His company, Triple B Landscaping and Construction, would only show up once in a while and completed just a part of the deck.
Reges also allegedly installed a front door in the wrong location and promised to place it in the correct spot, but never did.
Reges was charged felony counts of theft by deception, deceptive business practices and home improvement fraud.
