Two Bruin residents are facing charges following a traffic stop that occurred early last week in Butler Township.
According to Butler Township Police, troopers conducted the stop on South Duffy Road near Williams Road just after 8 p.m. last Sunday.
During the stop, police say that they searched the vehicle and found a controlled substance as well as drug paraphernalia.
Authorities say that 25-year-old Cheyene Goodin has been charged with possession of a controlled substance, drug paraphernalia, driving without a license, and driving with ornamental lighting.
Passenger 43-year-old Gilbert Smith has been charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.
