A Zelienople man is facing charges after he allegedly crashed a vehicle on purpose.
State police say 20-year-old Ian Linkenheimer was the passenger in a Tesla that was driving on I-79 northbound in Jackson Township around 11 p.m. on Tuesday.
At that time, he grabbed the face of the woman who was driving the vehicle.
The car eventually then went onto Route 19 and that’s when Linkenheimer grabbed the steering wheel. He then steered the car into a guide rail causing significant damage.
Linkenheimer was arrested and placed in the Butler County Prison.
