Multiple crews were called to battle an intense mobile home fire Wednesday afternoon in Brady Township.
The call came into the Butler County 911 Center just after noon for heavy smoke coming from a home on Lilac Lane—which is in a mobile home park near the intersection with Route 8 and Hall Road.
When crews arrived on scene, they confirmed heavy smoke coming from the home and called for additional help.
Firefighters began the attack from the back of the home and then soon had to go into the home to fight the flames. Crews say they were able to get the fire under control by 12:45 p.m.
Other details are sparse at the moment and it’s not clear what started the fire.
