All of the incumbent Butler County Commissioners will be serving a third term in office.
Republicans Kim Geyer and Leslie Osche fended off primary challenges and will advance to the general election. According to unofficial results, Osche was the leading vote getter out of the five GOP candidates with 37 percent. Geyer earned 30 percent.
Kevin Boozel meanwhile ran in the Democratic primary unopposed.
All three candidates will now be on the ballot for the general election. With only three seats up for grabs Osche, Geyer, and Boozel will be elected to another four years in office.
