An employee of a local organization is receiving recognition after completing a program focused on volunteering.
Butler County Tourism and Convention Bureau Sales Manager Perry Latimer was one of 13 members of the Spring 2023 Class of Pittsburgh Changemakers through the Multiplying Good Pittsburgh organization.
As a result, Latimer received the Jefferson Award which signifies a commitment to volunteerism, servant leadership, and a desire to act as a role model for local youth in order to create a culture of kindness.
The 16 week program began in January of this year. Nominations for the fall class are open through the Pittsburgh Multiplying Good website until June 9th.
