Butler County will be holding a public meeting for a final review of their revised subdivision and land ordinance.
The meeting will be held on July 19th at 9 a.m. inside the county government center. Officials say the revised policy “tightens up deficiencies” in the previous version.
Officials also said that the growing solar industry was one of the main areas that needed revised in the policy to help give municipalities more guidelines for how to handle those situations.
A number of municipalities have their own subdivision and land ordinances, but a few rely on the county’s policy or adopt it as their own.
