A former Butler School Board member has been sentenced for a violation of his bond conditions.
According to a court filing from earlier this week, a judge ruled that Bill Halle was guilty of Indirect Criminal Contempt.
This action is as a result of Halle making a comment online referencing the minor at the center of the criminal Sexual Assault case against him.
The guilty finding caused Halle to be sentenced to six months in the Butler County Prison but he was immediately paroled as long as he complies with the Sexual Violence Protection Order. Halle was also fined $25.
