City crews were on the scene of a truck hanging off a stone wall in Institute Hill neighborhood in Butler.
Witnesses at the scene say the driver lost his brakes and began to slide down the hill.
A woman was in the passenger seat and decided to jump out of the vehicle before it crashed over the wall.
That woman was taken to Butler Memorial Hospital to be treated for her injuries. However, the extent of her injuries is not known.
