The Pittsburgh Steelers host the Buffalo Bills in pre-season play Saturday at Acrisure Stadium. Kick-off is 6:30pm. Pre-game on WISR begins at 4:30pm.
Head coach Mike Tomlin said after Thursday’s final practice in Latrobe that quarterback Kenny Pickett and other first team starters will see more time on the field during this weekend’s game.
The Steelers complete their preseason schedule next Thursday in Atlanta. They open the regular season September 10th at home against San Francisco.
The Cleveland Browns and Philadelphia Eagles played to an 18-18 tie last night in their exhibition game played in Philadelphia. The Eagles had a tough night, with six players going down to injuries, including a wide receiver and defensive tackle being carted off the field with neck injuries.
Two preseason games will be played tonight:
–The New York Giants host the Carolina Panthers at 7pm.
–The Atlanta Falcons host the Cincinnati Bengals at 7:30pm.
