State police are investigating a crash that occurred this past Sunday around midnight on New Castle Road in Slippery Rock Township.
According to state police, an unknown motorist driving what is believed to be a 2015-2017 red Ford F-150 pickup truck allegedly lost control of his vehicle, striking a post, two mailboxes, and multiple PennDot signs. The vehicle then fled the scene without reporting the crash.
