College football-wise, Pitt lost the backyard brawl to WVU 17-6 in Morgantown last night. Penn State pulled off a 30-13 win in Illinois. SRU was victorious over Millersville 42-21.
The Steelers play at home tomorrow (Monday) against the Cleveland Browns. Pregame starts at 6:15pm on WISR with the kickoff at 8:15. So far, the Steelers are 0-1 in the regular season.
Denny Hamlin won the NASCAR race at Bristol last night.
The Pittsburgh Riverhounds soccer team was victorious last night in an away game in Florida against the Miami FC 2-1. They head back to Pittsburgh to face New Mexico United this coming Saturday at 7pm.
