A large number of local residents will be joining in a new upcoming local golf event.
The first annual Glade Run Fall Classic golf tournament will take place Friday at Conley Resort Golf Club.
With registration beginning at 8 a.m. and a shotgun start at 9:30, over 120 participants will enjoy a relaxing day on the links along with awards and skill prizes. A buffet lunch is provided as golfers finish.
Proceeds will support the Winter Warming Center benefitting individuals experiencing homelessness.
