PIAA girls soccer:
–Mars and Moon meet in the state Class 3A Semifinals tonight at North Allegheny high school. The Fightin’ Planets are 19-1 this season. Moon enters the game 17-2-2. Game time is 8pm. The two teams have combined for six of the last seven state titles, including four in a row. Moon is the defending Class 3A champion. Mars won in 2019, 2020 and 2021.
PIAA girls volleyball:
–North Catholic (19-1) will meet undefeated Hampton (23-0) in the state Class 3A Semifinals. The match begins at 7pm at North Allegheny high school.
