The South Butler Community Library could be receiving additional funding from Jefferson Township.
As part of their proposed budget for next year, supervisors voted to increase the annual donation to the local library by $500 to $8,500.
There was also an increase in the proposed budget for fire department funding to $15,000.
The supervisors will be voting on the final budget at their meeting next month.
