The Pennsylvania House of Representatives is most likely going to see its post-holiday break extend for another couple of weeks.
The Speaker of the House sent a letter to other lawmakers saying that due to a water leak on the House’s roof, they will not be able to gather in-person until mid-March.
Usually, the House and Senate return around mid-January to hold votes. This year, only the Senate plans to return at that time.
The House Speaker is hopeful for a productive spring session whenever lawmakers return.
