Police are investigating a recent aggravated assault that happened at a Franklin Township restaurant.
State police say they were called to Michael’s Restaurant and Hotel on Wednesday for reports of an unresponsive male with a head injury.
The man was flown to a hospital for additional treatment of his injuries where he is in critical condition.
During their investigation, troopers say a suspect has been identified but is not yet in police custody. Police believe this is an isolated case with no threat to the public at this time.
