There is still time for students to join Butler County Community College for free workshops over the next few months to learn more about financial aid.
The first workshop will be held at BC3’s main campus on January 27th from 10 a.m. to noon. The deadline to RSVP on the BC3 website is tomorrow (Wednesday 1/24).
College administrators will be discussing FAFSA programs, which are federal awards that do not need to be repaid. Those planning to attend are asked to bring federal income tax returns and W-2 forms from 2022 as well as investment documents and a Social Security card.
Additional financial aid workshops will be held twice in February as well as in March on the Cranberry campus and again on the main campus in April. The FAFSA should be submitted by May 1st to be considered for PA state grants.
