An Allegheny County man in the Butler County Prison is now facing additional charges after the discovery of contraband earlier this month.
According to a criminal complaint filed by the Butler County District Attorney’s Drug Task Force, the morning of January 16th a prison guard saw what appeared to be blood in the cell of 38-year-old Anthony Otlano of Library, PA.
A search of the cell revealed small, whitish rocks in a plastic bag which was in possession of Otlano, later determined to be crack cocaine.
Otlano is now facing two felony counts of possession of a controlled substance by an inmate in addition to the charges previously filed against him when he was arrested by Cranberry Police on January 14th.
