The Butler County Area Vocational-Technical School will be receiving a state grant to help train students to be ready for jobs that are in demand.
The PA Department of Education has awarded the Vo-Tech an $85,000 Competitive Equipment grant.
The money will be used to provide equipment and hands-on training to students in various career and technical education programs.
A total of nearly $4 million in funding has been dispersed to schools across the state through the competitive grant program.
