Police say the night before a fire at a former popular restaurant in Butler Township, a car drove over a small embankment.
Shortly before 2 a.m. Saturday morning this past weekend, Butler Township Police were called to W. Rick’s Taproom and Grill on Meridian Road for a single vehicle crash.
A car driven by 27-year-old Rebecca Gaurrich of West Middlesex tried to turn into W. Ricks parking lot but instead drove over a small embankment and hit a large rock.
No one was injured in the crash but Gaurrich car had to be towed from the scene.
