Crews were on the scene of a motorcycle crash Monday morning in Slippery Rock.
The call came into the Butler County 911 Center around 11:15 a.m. for the accident at the intersection of Main Street and Franklin Street in downtown Slippery Rock.
Dispatchers say the crash was between a motorcycle and a vehicle. The driver of the motorcycle was on the ground, but was awake.
However, a medical helicopter was called and landed a Slippery Rock University to take the motorcyclist to a Pittsburgh hospital.
Another ambulance was also called to the intersection to evaluate a person involved in the crash.
Other details are not known at the moment.
