A local State Representative will host families later this week for an event in Harmony.
On Thursday, Stephenie Scialabba is holding a Family First Initiative from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the Steamfitters Event Center.
This free event has expanded from a Senior Expo to include more than 100 vendors with interactive displays and demonstrations for all family members young and old. In addition to senior care and help with Veterans claims, this event also will include drug education, care seat safety, a gardening demonstration, and fire extinguisher training.
Those planning to attend are asked to bring old eyeglasses or cell phones for donation to charity. For more information, contact Scialabba’s office by phone.
