The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation is continuing late spring road project maintenance work around Butler County this week.
These activities include drainage work along Freeport Road in Summit Township and Saxonburg Road in Jefferson Township.
Patching will be taking place on Route 422 in Muddy Creek Township and Route 8 in Middlesex and Penn Townships.
Shoulder cutting is planned for Route 8 in Brady and Slippery Rock Townships as well as Euclid and Hallston Roads in Clay Township, and Kiester Road in Cherry Township while brushing will occur along Route 68 and Callery Road in Jackson Township and Route 68 and Meridian Road in Forward Township.
