Mt. Lebanon native Neal Shipley finished in a four-way tie for sixth place at the PGA/DP World Tours ISCO Championship in Kentucky Sunday. He finished 20-under par, and was two shots out of a five-way playoff. Harry Hall won the tournament on the third hole of the playoff.
Robert MacIntyre won the Scottish Open by one stroke over Adam Scott. The 152nd Open Championship begins this Thursday. Brian Harmon is the defending champion. This will be the 10th time the Open has been played at the Royal Troon Golf Course. Arnold Palmer won the third event there in 1962.
