A bridge in Slippery Rock Township is scheduled to undergo repairs next year.
County Commissioners approved a nearly $1.5 million contract for the renovation of the Kelly Bridge, which is located at the intersection of Taggart Road and Crestview Road.
While no exact start date on construction was listed, officials estimate that work should begin next spring.
The work is being funded through federal dollars and the $5 local vehicle fee.
