A Butler woman is now facing charges for not reporting suspected abuse that was happening a daycare facility in Center Township.
In September 2023 police charged then 29-year-old Taylor Titley for alleged aggravated assault of children while working at Buffington’s Daycare and Preschool Palace on Sunset Drive. Now, police are charging 25-year-old Megan Anthony for not reporting that abuse.
Police say that Anthony worked with Titley for several months and that Anthony had previously seen Titley abuse the children in several different ways.
Anthony is being charged with four counts of failing to report the abuses.
