The Pittsburgh Penguins snapped a six-game losing streak following a 2-1 victory in overtime over the Anaheim Ducks last night. Sidney Crosby scored both Penguins goals. He had entered the game with just one goal this season. The Penguins had 45 shots on goal in the game. It was the first time this season that the Penguins allowed fewer than three goals.
It was the Penguins first victory since a 6-5 overtime win over Buffalo October 16th.
The Pens host the Montreal Canadiens Saturday night. Game time is 7pm. Pre-game on WISR begins at 6:30pm.
