The Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry will be leading a virtual training series for care coordinators and professionals working in treatment and recovery services.
The five-part virtual series will be in Partnership with the Program Evaluation and Research Unit (PERU) at the University of Pittsburgh School of Pharmacy.
The program will aim to use evidence-based strategies to integrate employment services into the recovery process.
The purpose of the workshop is to address the opioid crisis impact on Pennsylvania’s workforce and help support employers hiring those in recovery.
Classes begin in December and will run through April of 2025. View the link to sign up here.
