We’re learning more information about the man who was seriously injured in a hit-and-run crash earlier this week in Cranberry Township.
Our news partners at WPXI report that 29-year-old Tayden Schweiger was walking to work on Franklin Road when he was hit by a vehicle.
His parents say that Schweiger may have been lying in the grass for nearly 30 minutes until he was noticed by a neighbor. He suffered a brain bleed, along with scratches and bruises.
He is currently in stable condition at a Pittsburgh hospital.
Police have identified the driver, who is cooperating with the investigation.
A GoFundMe page has been started to help Schweiger and his family.
