An upcoming Slippery Rock University program will aim to educate students about careers in cyber security.
The annual SRU Cyberspace Event will be held on Tuesday from 12:30 to 2 p.m. both on Zoom as well as in the Smith Student Center Ballroom.
SRU students from multiple departments will present real-world case scenarios and live software demonstrations. A guest speaker and researcher from CMU will give a presentation about improving security and incident response capabilities through assessments and training.
Those interested in attending this free event are asked to complete an online registration form through the SRU website.
