As Connoquenessing Township remains in the planning stages of how they will handle a new sewer system, the county approved a transfer of funds to help with that process.
County commissioners voted to transfer just over $330,000 to Connoquenessing Township as they continue with their sewage planning and implementation project.
The money, which comes from the American Rescue Plan, was originally obligated to the Connoquenessing Township Sewer Authority.
