Crews were on the scene of a crash this morning on Route 28 near Freeport.
The accident happened around 6:30 a.m. in the northbound lane in between the exit and on-ramp to Route 356.
Dispatchers say a vehicle went off the road and about 50 feet down into the woods.
It’s not known what caused the crash.
A pregnant woman was involved in the accident, but was treated at the scene.
All lanes are open.
