Police are providing more information on a crash that happened over the weekend on Route 422 that sent one person to the hospital.
The two-vehicle accident happened Sunday evening around 5 p.m. on Route 422 near the I-79 interchange.
State police say 42-year-old Victoria Elleisy of Yorktown was driving westbound on Route 422 when she was unable to stop in time and rear-ended a vehicle driven by 69-year-old Henry Bieber.
Bieber was injured in the crash and taken to a New Castle hospital.
Bieber’s passenger and Elleisy were not injured in the crash.
