A Renfrew man is in custody after threatening two people with a gun on Wednesday.
Police were called to Vin & Joe’s on Route 38 after 33-year-old John Fox allegedly threatened to kill a woman and her boyfriend while in possession of an unregistered gun.
Fox was found by police near East Jefferson Street, and the firearm was removed from his waistband. Fox did not have a permit to concealed carry.
He was placed in the Butler County Prison on $85,000 bail and is facing multiple charges including possession of a firearm without a license, terroristic threats, possession of controlled substances, and harassment.
