A woman from out of state is facing charges after allegedly causing a panic at Grove City College earlier this month.
According to Grove City Police, 21-year-old Ellen Otterman of Barre, Vermont posted a Snapchat picture that referenced a shooting involving the college on February 8th.
She will now face charges including Terroristic Threats and Disorderly Conduct.
