Butler Township Police have released more information on crash that sent one woman to the hospital in earlier this week.
Shortly before 1 p.m. Monday police were called to Route 8 South near West Central Equipment for two-vehicle crash.
When police arrived on scene they discovered that as 71-year-old Janet Carbone of Portersville was attempting to make a left turn onto Route 8 when she was hit by 48-year-old Brock Elliot of Butler.
Carbone was injured in the crash and taken to Allegheny General Hospital.
