Pennsylvania Attorney General Dave Sunday has announced the Commonwealth has joined a coalition to fight organized retail crime.
Pennsylvania joins a 38-state coalition of Attorney Generals to call on congress to act to assist in fighting the increasing trend of organized retail crime.
The requested legislation would provide more resources and increased penalties for convicted supply chain thieves.
This effort is being led by state AGs from Connecticut, Georgia, Illinois, and South Carolina.
