Fire crews were busy yesterday handling a number of brush fires across the county.
Weather officials say the mix of dry and windy conditions make it ripe for brush fires to begin.
There were fires in Buffalo, Concord, and Center Townships. All were minor, but still required firefighters to contain the spreading flames.
Officials remind everyone to be safe when burning during the springtime as fires can quickly spread.
