Butler County is celebrating a youth organization that offers educational opportunities for young people.
County Commissioners declared this week as Butler County 4-H Week. The organization offers a wide variety of programs ranging from agriculture, to art and health.
“4-H has been very strong in Butler County for many years. We’re so proud to have all these young, great kids,” Amy Metrick local 4-H educator said. “They make us look good and we couldn’t do it without them.”
There are around 330 members in Butler County 4-H. They have more information on their website.
