A Butler man has been charged for threatening to kill a pregnant woman in Butler City.
On March 20, police were called to the Speedway on Hansen Avenue for a woman who feared for her life.
The pregnant woman told police that 18-year-old Dustin Black had threatened to kill her after the two go into an argument when she arrived at his residence.
She told police that Black had a black handgun that he was legally not allowed to have and she feared for her life when he screamed “I’ll Kill You.”
When police arrived at the home Black was attempting to delete video of camera footage on his front door.
Black was charged with terroristic threats, simple assault, and tampering with physical evidence. A preliminary hearing has been set for April 21.
